"Fast delivery, but basic packaging"
I ordered from ozhairandbeauty.com and it showed up much faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived in good condition and there were no issues with the order, so I was happy with that. The packaging was fine, though nothing particularly special, but the quick delivery made up for it.

"Packaging was a hassle"
My order showed up on time, but the box was banged up when it got here and one of the bottles had leaked a little. I was frustrated because then I had to go through the whole process of checking everything, cleaning it up, and figuring out if I needed to report it. Just felt like too many steps for something that should’ve been packed better in the first place.

"I tried to use one of their..."
I tried to use one of their promos along with my rewards points, and checkout kept changing the total like it had a mind of its own. One minute the discount was there, the next it wasn’t, then the points weren’t applying right. I contacted support thinking they could fix it, but they weren’t much help. It really feels like the deals are just there to get you excited enough to shop, and then somehow they magically don’t work when it’s time to pay

"Good selection, but not always consistent"
I usually check the site because they’ve got a decent range of hair and beauty products. That said, it can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. A few brands or shades I’m looking for aren’t always there, and some items seem to be out of stock quite often. It’s not bad overall, just feels like it could be a little better.

"A bit expensive, and I expected faster service"
I felt like the prices were a little high for what I got. It wasn’t terrible, but for the cost, I expected a faster response and a bit more overall value. Not sure I’d go for it again.

"Good updates and easy tracking"
Ordering from ozhairandbeauty.com was straightforward. I got the emails quickly, and it was nice knowing when my order had been packed and sent instead of having to wonder what was going on.
The tracking updated along the way too, which helped. Delivery did take a bit longer than I thought it would, so it wasn’t quite a perfect experience, but the communication made it a lot less frustrating.

"Showed in stock, then suddenly wasn’t"
I ordered something that was clearly listed as in stock, only to be told later that it wasn’t actually available. What made it more frustrating was getting a policy-type explanation instead of a real fix. I get that inventory mistakes happen, but it still wasted my time and left me annoyed.

"Order showed up wrong and the emails were confusing"
My order arrived with the wrong shampoo, and one of the items I paid for wasn’t even in the box. I took photos and emailed everything over, but the response didn’t really sort anything out. The email seemed to say one thing while the actual order showed something totally different, so I was just left confused. It’s frustrating when you choose specific products and don’t get what you ordered.

I ordered from ozhairandbeauty and the products themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. I just had to reach out to customer service about the tracking, and it took longer than I expected to get a reply. They did get back to me eventually, and they were helpful, but I was waiting a couple of days. Not a terrible experience, just think their response times could be a bit quicker.

"Turns Out It Was Actually Legit"
I was half expecting some mystery liquid in a bottle, but surprise, the shampoo was genuine. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, because apparently patience is part of the purchase, but overall it was the real product and I’m happy with it.
